ABCC 소개
ABCC is a centralized exchange that started in Singapore in 2018, known early on for fiat channels and spot trading in smaller-cap tokens, using a flat fee, order-book matching and custodial deposits with no futures or leverage, so users funded with crypto and placed orders while the platform also brokered listings and market-making arrangements.
On 23 August 2024 the Singapore entity stopped local trading and onboarding and moved global users to ABCC Global; on 1 September 2025 the spot service closed entirely as the business refocused on wallet products and the order book went offline. From 1 October 2026 withdrawals were suspended, and site notices also described changes to licensing and jurisdiction, closing out the exchange format with balances handled under the published process. Deposit addresses are generated per asset, and fills plus fee rates are published on the web terminal.
ABCC charges 0.1% maker and 0.1% taker fees on spot trades, levied in the USDT base currency as 0.1% of trading volume.
ABCC lowers maker and taker fees to 0.05% for orders placed via API, a rate in effect since 19 March 2021.
