BDACS 소개
BDACS는 한국의 디지털 자산 수탁 기관으로, 기관 수준의 보관, 결제 및 토큰화 서비스를 제공합니다. 핵심 가치는 자산 거래와 보관의 구조적 분리를 통해 거래소 관련 도난 및 파산 위험 문제를 해결하는 데 있습니다. 콜드월렛 보안과 운영 유연성을 결합한 '프라임 커스터디 솔루션'을 제공하며, 기업 고객이 은행 수준의 다중 서명 및 분산 수탁 프로토콜 하에 디지털 자산을 관리할 수 있도록 합니다. 지난 6개월 동안 BDACS의 수탁 자산(AUC)은 800억 원으로 급증하여, 고위험 자산 이탈로 전체 시장이 80% 축소된 상황에서도 한국 최대 수탁 기관으로 자리매김했습니다. 주요 증권형 토큰 발행(STO) 컨소시엄의 유일한 수탁 파트너로 선정되어, 스테이블코인을 전통 증권 결제에 통합하는 핵심 인프라로 자리 잡았습니다. 또한 국세청의 압류 암호자산 전문 수탁 기관 위탁 계획과 금융위원회의 거래소 의무 분리 보관 검토 등 규제 노력을 적극 지원하고 있습니다. 최근 하드웨어 월렛 취약점과 전체 수탁 자산 감소로 업계가 어려움을 겪었지만, BDACS는 기관 고객에 집중하고 진화하는 규제 기준에 부합하는 규정 준수 및 안전한 인프라를 유지함으로써 시장 리더십을 강화했습니다.
On October 20, 2026, BDACS signed a memorandum of understanding with Injective under which KRW1 becomes the won settlement asset for real-world assets on the network, with minting and redemption still restricted to approved institutions and subject to regulatory approval.
Plume added it in February 2026 as its first non-dollar stablecoin, and on-chain supply stood at about 13.67 million tokens on October 20, 2026. The company reported more than 80 billion won in assets under custody in the first half of 2026.
BDACS plans to roll out KRW1 issuance in phases as the Digital Asset Basic Act moves through the legislature, and to connect custody, won settlement and delivery-versus-payment for tokenised securities into one stack.

In September 2024, BDACS received its Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration from the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU)， covering virtual asset transfer and custody/management services， supporting its position as Korea's largest digital asset custodian.
