Blockscout 소개
Blockscout는 1,000개 이상의 L1, L2 및 L3 체인(옵티미스틱 롤업 및 ZK 롤업 포함)을 지원하는 오픈소스 EVM 블록체인 탐색기입니다. 사용자는 트랜잭션을 검색하고, 계정 잔액을 확인하며, 스마트 계약을 검증하고 상호작용할 수 있으며, 다양한 체인의 애플리케이션을 탐색할 수 있습니다. 핵심 경쟁력은 오픈소스이면서 자체 호스팅이 가능하다는 점에 있습니다. Etherscan과 같은 중앙 집중식 폐쇄형 탐색기와 달리 Blockscout는 모든 팀이 자체 탐색기 인스턴스를 배포할 수 있도록 하여, 사이드체인과 L2의 급속한 확산 속에서 투명하고 검증 가능한 온체인 데이터 도구에 대한 수요를 충족시킵니다. 이더리움, 코스모스, 폴카닷, 아발란체 등 다양한 생태계에 널리 통합되었습니다. 지난 6개월(2026년 3월~9월) 동안 Blockscout는 AI 관련 기능 발전에 주력해 왔습니다. 6월에는 AI가 온체인 애플리케이션을 구축하도록 안내하는 web3-dev와 멀티체인 데이터 분석을 위한 blockscout-analysis라는 두 가지 AI 에이전트 스킬을 출시했습니다. MCP 서버 백엔드는 Pro API로 마이그레이션되어 데이터 범위와 속도 제한이 개선되었습니다. 또한 x402 결제 표준을 통합하여, AI 에이전트가 기존의 API 키 절차 없이 스테이블코인으로 호출당 요금을 지불할 수 있도록 할 계획입니다.
Through 2026 Blockscout advanced on two fronts: multichain exploration and AI-facing data. On 1 July it retired per-instance APIs for the universal Blockscout Pro API, where one key covers 100+ chains; in the same period Etherscan cut free API limits from 10,000 to 1,000 records per request, and Eco's 2026 buyer's guide put Blockscout first among Etherscan alternatives, while Milk Road named it the best blockchain explorer.
On the product side, v11.0.0 added async CSV exports and FHE support and v11.2.3 (24 July) further optimised the indexer; the Blockscout MCP Server joined Anthropic's curated connector directory, and Blockscout serves as the official explorer for Robinhood Chain, powering transparency from block one. Its six-month wallet-as-a-service pilot with Rootstock wrapped up, serving 2,349 authenticated users at over 18% retention.
Blockscout will make the Pro API and MCP the standard way AI agents read onchain data, expand the universal bridge indexer and privacy mode, and keep deepening self-hosted coverage across 3,000+ chains.
