Coinhouse 소개

Coinhouse is a French crypto asset platform founded in Paris in 2014, serving individuals, private clients and companies with fiat on-ramps, custody, staking and portfolio management. Users fund with euros by card or SEPA transfer, orders execute on the platform, and assets sit in dedicated wallets segregated from corporate funds with most private keys held offline. The line-up runs from a free account to a monthly subscription for regular investing and a higher-threshold discretionary service, with euro rails and French-language support as the main acquisition path.

Its position in France is a regulated retail gateway rather than a global liquidity venue: about 62 assets are listed after internal selection, while pricing and depth rely on external liquidity providers, so spreads and ticket size are bounded upstream. In July 2026 Coinhouse obtained a MiCA CASP licence from the AMF covering custody, fiat exchange, order execution, advice and portfolio management in France. Availability is limited to residents of France and the European Economic Area, with cross-border use outside that scope.

In May 2026 Coinhouse obtained a PSCA licence from France's AMF covering seven services including portfolio management and investment advice. When the MiCA transition ended on 1 July, platforms without authorisation had to stop serving French residents, and Coinhouse turned free inbound transfers into an acquisition channel.

On 27 August it acquired Tilvest's asset management business, bringing roughly 500 wealth advisers and financial investment advisers into its network under the Tilvest by Coinhouse brand. The company reports more than 100,000 active accounts, keeps client asset segregation, custody and compliance on its existing stack, and still runs customer service and sales mainly from Paris. A licence brings not just legality but a product perimeter: what can and cannot be sold is set by the regulator, and portfolio management plus advice shift revenue from trading fees toward management fees. Buying an adviser network moves distribution upstream, so clients become wealth customers before trading users, at a lower cost than advertising.

Coinhouse will use the licence as a moat to absorb clients leaving unauthorised platforms, make the adviser network the main distribution channel, and copy the same regulated custody model into other European markets.

Coinhouse holds a French AMF crypto-asset service provider licence under the EU's MiCA regulation, passported across the EU, plus an ACPR payment institution licence; in March 2020 it became the first digital asset service provider registered with the AMF under France's PSAN regime.
