On 8 June 2026 EDGE Markets closed a USD 29.2 million Series A led by CoinFund, with Indicator Ventures, Mantis VC, Stepstone Group and Bullpen Capital participating. The capital funds EDGE Pro, a high-throughput deposit account for prediction-market market makers, and EDGE Connect, a payment rail built for regulated gaming and prediction markets.
EDGE Pro targets two frictions, post-execution settlement and margin: the company is pursuing Introducing Broker and Futures Commission Merchant registrations with the National Futures Association so users can execute from the account, settle across multiple liquidity pools and plug in existing margin from third-party prime brokers. EDGE Connect charges only on net new deposits over 24 to 48 hours, with backtesting showing more than 70% lower payment processing costs. On 6 October the platform added programmatic capital allocation and agent access, letting institutions set daily allowances for AI agents. EDGE Boost, the debit programme launched a year earlier, has processed more than USD 2 billion, one of the fastest-growing cards in VISA's history, giving the company a view of cash flows among betting and prediction-market users.
EDGE Markets's Future strategy and roadmap: EDGE plans to keep EDGE Pro and EDGE Connect free for early users through 2026 and widen real-time funding reach through execution partners such as River Markets and ParlayX.
