Lynq 소개

Lynq is an institutional settlement network built by Arca Labs, Tassat and tZERO, which executed its first transaction on Avalanche's C-Chain in July 2025 and now runs on a permissioned Avalanche L1. It fills the fiat settlement gap in crypto markets: clients deposit dollars into a tZERO brokerage account and convert them into TFND, a tokenised Treasury fund issued by Arca, whose shares move between participants in real time, with cash at U.S. Bank and securities at tZERO Digital Asset Securities. Tassat's Yield-in-Transit accrues interest at two-second block precision and pays daily, so funds in transit are not idle.

It is a broker-dealer-operated settlement utility, distinct from custody networks such as Fireblocks and from bank-run real-time payment rails: accounts and compliance sit under tZERO's broker-dealer licences, and users must be its KYC clients. Market makers can already post Lynq balances as exchange margin, and in October 2026 Lynq completed a live settlement test denominated in RLUSD with The Better Money Company.

On July 21, 2026, Lynq partnered with Nonco to provide 24/7 stablecoin liquidity, supporting round-the-clock stablecoin trading and settlement. On October 13 Lynq completed an institutional stablecoin minutes-scale settlement proof-of-concept (PoC) with TBMC, using RLUSD for fast cross-institution clearing.

The Lynq team is advancing its own native stablecoin issuance, targeted around end of 2026, for institutional fund-flow scenarios.

Lynq will keep refining 24/7 stablecoin liquidity and institutional settlement networks, launch its own native stablecoin, and onboard more banks and institutional partners for real-time clearing.

Lynq's settlement network is operated by tZERO Securities, LLC, a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); digital-asset custody is provided by tZERO Digital Asset Securities, one of only two SEC-registered special purpose broker-dealers in the United States.
