Novastro 소개
Novastro is an RWA application chain built on Movement that executes contracts in Move and fractionalises income-producing real estate into on-chain shares. Property is held by special purpose vehicles, tokens represent rights to rental income and disposal proceeds, contracts distribute rent to holders on a schedule, transfers occur within a permissioned list, and cross-chain settlement relies on messaging between Movement and Ethereum.
Products cover property issuance, income distribution and secondary transfer, aimed at investors who want small-ticket exposure to overseas property and developers seeking liquidity. Compared with projects that turn property into NFTs, it emphasises cash-flow distribution and a compliant holding structure. XNL has fallen steadily since listing in October 2025, and by October 2026 its market capitalisation was about US$16,000, far below the scale of the underlying property issuance, with little use for the token beyond issuance and incentives.
Market and fundamentals: After its TGE on October 29, 2025 (raising $3 million on the Kaito Launchpad, 2.3x oversubscribed), XNL has slid continuously, hitting an all-time low of $0.00007734 on October 19, 2026 — down over 99% from its peak, with a market cap of only about $16K. The public-sale cost was around $0.05, leaving participants deeply underwater; 200 million of the 1 billion total supply circulates.
