In June 2026, Orca released AI agent infrastructure for prediction markets; on October 1, CEO Alex Miclaus formally unveiled ORCA in New York via Chainwire, describing it as an AI-native infrastructure layer connecting the fragmented prediction market ecosystem. It is not itself a prediction market, but sits beneath protocols such as Polymarket and Kalshi, using autonomous agents, real-time market intelligence and verifiable on-chain execution to capture pricing gaps on the same event across venues.
The system runs a weighted vote across three signal processors (SPIKE 0.40, SENTIMENT 0.30, DIVERGENCE 0.30); if combined confidence does not exceed 0.700 the signal is discarded, and routing only happens after reading live ask depth, best ask and fill probability. The operating entity, Orca Node Limited, was incorporated in Colorado on May 4, 2026 and has completed a SEC Regulation D Form D filing.
Future strategy and roadmap: integrate more prediction market APIs and venues, strengthen AI capabilities and build a cross-market autonomous execution network; the team says supported chains, token mechanics and partnership integrations will be released on iorca.xyz.
