RIZON

RIZON is a stablecoin finance app operated by Rizon Global, a US-registered entity, combining a self-custody wallet, a Visa card and global remittance. Users create a Privy smart-contract wallet inside the app and hold their own keys, deposit USDC or USDT from chains including Solana, Base and Arbitrum, and spend through virtual or physical Visa Platinum cards issued with Rain at more than 100 million merchants, with conversion picking the cheapest stablecoin at payment time; transfers between wallets work via RizTag, phone number or email, and unclaimed funds return automatically after 30 days.

Among crypto cards it differs from exchange-linked cards by not holding user balances: the platform is the software layer, while licensed payment and issuance sit with partners such as Rain. The KYC'd dollar account accepts ACH and SEPA funding and offers tokenized stocks issued by Backed Finance. The structure carries no bank-style deposit insurance, card approval and continuity depend on the issuer and Visa rules, and non-USD spending is billed at 1.7 percent plus 0.10 dollars.
