In October 2026, the Rad TV site showed a three-tier structure: free, Premium at $6.99 a month and Premium+ at $29.99 a month, plus a one-time Stream Pass at 0.05 ETH that keeps Premium unlocked for as long as the holder keeps it.
Rad differentiates on AI restoration, 4K upscaling and sideloading a local media library, while aggregating rights holders such as New Form and Whistle alongside independent creator channels. Stream Pass is issued on Ethereum mainnet with 9,036 still mintable, and can be resold or gifted.
Rad will run the one-time on-chain pass alongside creator subscriptions, keep distributing to consoles, VR and mobile, and use AI tooling to lower the cost of publishing for creators.
