Rayls 소개
Rayls is an institutional blockchain network built by Parfin from three environments: a Privacy Node deployed on an institution's own premises, a permissioned Private Network joining several nodes, and an EVM public chain open to anyone, aimed at banks, payment firms and regulated asset managers. It resolves the trade-off between privacy and liquidity: institutions cannot expose client balances and counterparties on a public chain, while an isolated private chain cannot reach DeFi liquidity. Proof generation runs on the Privacy Node, where zero-knowledge proofs and Pedersen commitments record that a transaction was valid without revealing it, settlement contracts live on whichever chain the trade settles on, and regulators get read-only views.
The public chain prices gas in USDr, pegged one to one to USDC.e, with half of fees burned and half routed to a security pool; Axyl consensus targets ten-thousand-plus TPS and sub-second finality. Institutions can issue inside a private network then bridge to a public vault for compliant distribution. The public mainnet launched in April 2026, followed by the Sovereign product for institutions and the first vault deposits. Admission depends on institutional status and licences, and early assets and liquidity concentrate among a few partner institutions.

Mainnet and burn: The public chain launched on April 30 alongside staking and the native USDr stablecoin. Half of all fees are burned permanently and half flow to a security pool that rewards validators. Supply is fixed at 10 billion, with under 15% floating at TGE, team and investor tokens on a 12-month cliff then 36-month vesting, and 10% of each monthly foundation unlock burned.
Institutional progress: Parfin extended its RLS lock-up by a year and migrated its allocation on-chain on August 6; Rayls Sovereign for institutions launched August 25; the first vault opened deposits on October 15.
Rayls launched its mainnet on April 30, 2026, with the RLS token economy activated at the same time—the protocol burns 50% of fees and issues the USDr stablecoin; RLS completed its token generation event (TGE) in late 2025 with a fixed supply of 10 billion. In June 2026 the team launched yield vaults such as Enzyme and open-sourced related components, expanding institution-grade privacy-compliant on-chain settlement.
Future strategy and roadmap: Through 2026 Rayls focuses on bringing its privacy-compliant blockchain settlement network to more institutions and regulated use cases, and will expand vault products tied to the USDr stablecoin and RLS burn mechanism while continuing to open-source infrastructure to lower the barrier for institutional adoption.
