As of March 2026, Takenos' Solana-based stablecoin rails had processed more than $500 million in cross-border payments for about 500,000 users across 20 Latin American countries, mainly for salary payouts and business transactions.
Takenos' product combines multi-currency accounts, virtual US and European accounts, interest-bearing dollar balances and an international debit card. It consistently ranks among the top finance apps in Bolivia and Peru, markets largely ignored by larger banks, and works with Mastercard, Visa, Fireblocks and Bridge.
Takenos plans to expand from Argentina and Bolivia into markets such as Peru, add local-currency collection and credit products, and turn cross-border receipt, savings and spending into one continuous flow.
