VEMP Horizon is a purpose-built gaming blockchain from VEMP Studios, positioned as a rollup network for player-owned game economies. Built on Arbitrum Orbit as a Layer 3, it is fully EVM compatible so developers can use Ethereum smart contracts, SDKs, and tooling directly, while the Anytrust data-availability scheme pushes gas costs down to near zero, with dedicated throughput and security settling on Arbitrum One. $VEMP is the network's native gas token.

Horizon primarily serves independent and small game teams, aiming to let them deploy on-chain assets and economies at an affordable cost instead of carrying heavy infrastructure bills. The network is maintained by distributed validators; running a node requires holding a Node License Key NFT (total supply of 20,000), which supports delegating operation to a separate hot wallet, with validators receiving a share of network transaction fees and participating in governance. Several games already run in the ecosystem, spanning mobile strategy building, 3D multiplayer racing, and auto-battler genres, and the team operates incubation and grant programs providing funding and resources to projects building on Horizon.
