ValiDAO 소개
ValiDAO is a validator organisation on Ethereum that runs its own hardware as a decentralised autonomous organisation, with its main facility in Reykjavik, Iceland. Alongside block validation it operates RPC nodes, cross-chain communication relayers and data-availability nodes.
Its proposition is that delegators should also become part owners of the validator: users delegate tokens to ValiDAO's validators, hold a corresponding share under published rules, and participate in the value that portion of stake generates, a combination the team labels own plus delegate. The VDO token covers governance votes and incentive payouts, with holders deciding which networks to support, how fees are split and how the treasury is spent. The infrastructure is self-built on bare-metal servers to reduce dependence on cloud providers.
Through 2025 and 2026 ValiDAO shifted its validation business from Cosmos ecosystems toward Hyperliquid, reporting $518 million in assets under management and running validators, RPCs and IBC relayers on bare-metal servers in Reykjavik, Iceland; VDO trades on Uniswap on Ethereum and on HyperSwap on HyperEVM.
On June 9–10, 2026 its protocol project Sekai Finance opened a public testnet on HyperEVM, supporting HYPE liquid staking token minting, withdrawal receipts and trading on the Sekai DEX, led by ValiDAO chief executive Hugin Knudsen. The Cayman Validator Foundation and the ValiDAO Constitution remain its legal and governance framework, with a community of more than 7,000.
ValiDAO's Future strategy and roadmap: expand LSTs and exit-liquidity markets around Hyperliquid, ship the Sekai mainnet, direct validation revenue into self-bonding and VDO buybacks, and add new PoS networks such as Monad and Movement.
