XT.COM is a centralized exchange founded in 2018, registered in Seychelles (operating entity Fibtc Ltd) with operational headquarters in Dubai, known for the breadth of its long-tail listings: more than 800 tokens and over 1,300 trading pairs across spot, futures, margin, OTC and card purchases, with about 7.8 million registered users as of September 2025. Its matching runs on a centralized order book, leverage products go up to 125x, spot fees are 0.20 percent with futures maker/taker at 0.02 and 0.06 percent, KYC is tiered, and assets are custodied by the platform.
In the exchange hierarchy, XT.COM differentiates on altcoin listing count alongside LBank and BitMart in the long-tail access tier. On the compliance record, its hot wallet suffered an unauthorized transfer of about $1.7 million in November 2024 with withdrawals paused for roughly twelve hours; in March 2026 Dubai's VARA issued a consumer alert over its unlicensed operation, and in April 2026 the Seychelles FSA stated it was not linked to any licensed entity, while Thailand's SEC moved to block access to the platform from June 2025.
On April 16, 2026, XT.COM launched XT Claude AI Agent TradeKit, letting users generate and execute trades in natural language; on February 25 it introduced a broker programme offering API access to trading terminals, asset managers and bot providers.
From September 15 to October 15, 2026, XT ran an eighth-anniversary treasure hunt with a 3 million USDT prize pool including 1 BTC, a 1,000-gram gold bar and an iPhone 18 Pro Max. The exchange reports more than 12 million registered users across over 200 countries and regions.
XT.COM will keep embedding AI agents, copy trading and grid tools into spot and futures, expand the broker and institutional API network, and use anniversary campaigns and regional communities to sustain user acquisition.

XT.COM charges 0.2000% for both spot maker and taker orders at VIP 0, stepping down to 0.1000% at VIP 4 and 0.0400% at VIP 7, with Premium VIP at 0.0200%.
XT.COM futures fees are 0.0200% maker and 0.0600% taker at VIP 0, falling to 0.0060%/0.0300% at VIP 7 and 0.0040%/0.0280% for Premium VIP, with a further 25% discount for holders paying in the XT token.
In February 2023, XT.COM obtained a license from the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) in the UAE (No. DMCC-875786)， authorizing crypto asset trading in Dubai. XT.COM is also registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in Poland， covering virtual asset exchange and transfer services.
