fija 소개
fija is a fintech company based in Munich that offers a compliant on-ramp to on-chain yield for institutions and individuals. It packages complex decentralised finance strategies into standardised products: users deposit stablecoins or major assets into contract vaults, capital is rebalanced automatically according to preset strategies, returns are distributed pro rata, and the whole path can be checked on-chain.
A risk score rates each strategy from 1 to 10 across blockchain stability, the inherent risk of the asset and protocol reliability, and labels whether direction is neutral or one-sided, along with liquidity limits and the protocols used, so users can weigh yield against risk. Technology is exposed both as APIs and as contracts, letting exchanges, brokers, neobanks and custodians embed it as a yield layer, and the compliance stack is built around European Union rules for crypto assets and financial instruments. The company has been acquired by Keyrock.
On February 12, 2026, market maker Keyrock announced the acquisition of fija, taking over its ERC-4626 vault technology and MiCAR- and MiFID-oriented compliance stack; the two had worked together since fija won Keyrock's 2023 accelerator. fija had raised about $1.28 million from investors including Heliad, Tenity and Crypto Valley Venture Capital, and the deal value was not disclosed.
fija will fold the vault technology into Keyrock's onchain product line, use its institutional distribution to widen issuance of compliant DeFi yield, and keep safety scores and automated risk controls as the product's selling point.
fija group entity fija Digital Services s.r.o. obtained Czech Republic Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) licence (Prague 2 Trade Licensing Department)， for digital asset services; group issuer fija Strategies GmbH holds a Liechtenstein FMA-approved base prospectus passported across the EEA.
