Aergo 소개
Aergo is a hybrid blockchain platform for enterprises and developers, combining the AERGO Chain public network with a privately deployable enterprise edition. The public chain uses a hybrid consensus that pairs BFT with DPoS, and offers AERGOSQL, a SQL-based smart contract engine, alongside a Lua virtual machine, so developers familiar with traditional databases can write on-chain logic in syntax close to SQL. Private enterprise deployments instead use Raft-based proof-of-authority consensus to meet requirements for throughput, permissions, and data governance.
The platform inherits the long-running practice of Blocko's COINSTACK in enterprise systems and supports two capabilities: asset anchoring, which records transactions immutably on-chain, and asset bridging, which lets different business ecosystems exchange data and digital assets. This allows a private deployment to connect selectively to the public chain for external verification. The AERGO token pays for network resources, incentivizes validators, and participates in on-chain governance decisions.
Token swap and rebrand: On June 17, Crypto.com announced support for the AERGO 1:1 token swap and rebrand to House Party Protocol (HPP). AERGO trading was suspended on June 22, and the swap was completed with HPP trading live by June 25. The new HPP token has a max supply of 1.7 billion.
Delistings and liquidity: Binance Futures delisted the AERGO perpetual contract on July 21; Bitvavo announced the delisting of AERGO on August 12, with remaining balances auto-converted to EUR; CoinEx opted out of the swap and closed AERGO withdrawals on September 8.
Aergo completed the HPP mainnet upgrade to ArbOS 51 (Dia) on February 9, 2026 (Sepolia first on 02-04), requiring node operators to upgrade to Nitro v3.9.3+. On April 9 HPP Node v3.9.8 went live, incorporating Arbitrum Nitro v3.9.8 and ArbOS 51 (BoLD).
In May 2026 Aergo completed its token migration and rebrand to House Party Protocol (HPP): MEXC swapped AERGO to HPP at 1:1 on 05-11, and KuCoin closed deposits/withdrawals and snapshotted on 05-13/14. Before August 4, Upbit completed migration of AERGO (1:1) and AQT (1:7.43026) to HPP. The HPP mainnet is built on Arbitrum Orbit as an AI-native Layer 2.
Aergo's HPP is built around AI agents, data, and decentralized infrastructure, focusing on verifiable on-chain AI logic; the team continues node upgrades and ecosystem incentives (Party Knights Cohort 1 launched 06-01, Cohort 2 on 09-01).
