Camelot 소개
Camelot is a decentralized exchange deployed on Arbitrum that uses a dual AMM architecture for different asset types. More volatile tokens use constant-product pools and allow projects to set different fees for buys and sells, while another pool type built on the Algebra engine offers concentrated liquidity so providers can confine capital to a specific price range. Liquidity positions are wrapped as spNFTs, which can be locked for higher yield or moved into Nitro Pools to join incentives configured by partners.
The token system has two layers, GRAIL and xGRAIL: the former circulates and carries governance rights, while the latter is converted through staking and is non-transferable, with holders receiving a share of fees and boosted incentives. Camelot also includes a launch module for new projects on Arbitrum to build initial liquidity, and its infrastructure has been deployed to several Arbitrum Orbit chains.
Camelot announced on September 22, 2026 that it would merge with Cypher into Frontier, fully abandoning the independent AMM route in favor of programmable market infrastructure built on Uniswap v4 Hooks. Before the merger, the two had processed over $100 billion in spot trading volume on Arbitrum and Ethereum and supported the launch of more than 45 projects.
15% of the total supply of the Frontier token FRONT will be allocated to Camelot and Cypher holders; holders of GRAIL, xGRAIL, CYPH, and xCYPH have a 30-day migration window and may also redeem in USDC at the 7-day TWAP before the announcement. Frontier has launched on Robinhood Chain and will later expand to Ethereum mainnet and Arbitrum, while Camelot and Cypher will gradually cease independent operations.
Camelot's Future strategy and roadmap: Frontier will build a more complete market and ecosystem support layer around Uniswap v4 Hooks; the GRAIL/xGRAIL migration deposit window closes on October 21, after which both are unified into the Frontier ecosystem.
Camelot V2 allocates trading fees as 60% to liquidity providers, 22.5% to xGRAIL holders, 12.5% to GRAIL buyback and burn, and 5% to operating expenses.
Camelot V3 allocates trading fees as 85% to liquidity providers, 7% to xGRAIL holders, 3.5% to GRAIL buyback and burn, 3% to operating expenses, and 1.5% to Algebra as licensing for the V3 AMM.
