Cere Network 소개
Cere Network is a Layer 1 blockchain for enterprise data infrastructure, positioned as a decentralised data cloud for companies that need customer data platforms integrated with on-chain data. It addresses enterprise customer data scattered across multiple SaaS systems that is hard to integrate while preserving privacy: the network puts data storage, access control and settlement on-chain, nodes are run by enterprises and validators together, data is stored as encrypted shards, and access rights are governed by on-chain policy.
Decentralised data cloud storage and enterprise customer integration remain its two main product lines, with sharded data and on-chain access policy carried over from mainnet and nodes still run jointly by enterprises and validators. On 30 April 2026 investor Vivian Liu filed an amended complaint in the US District Court for the Northern District of California alleging that co-founder Fred Jin secretly sold about $41.78 million of CERE after launch and worked with the convicted market maker Gotbit to inflate volume; the project denied all allegations.
Lawsuit: On April 30 investor Vivian Liu filed an amended complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging co-founder Fred Jin ran a pump-and-dump — secretly selling about $41.78 million of CERE after the 2021 launch and crashing the price 99% from $0.47 — and colluded with the convicted market maker Gotbit for wash trading.
Claims: The amended complaint adds RICO charges and seeks $9.4 million in compensatory damages plus punitive and treble damages; the project has previously denied all allegations and vowed to defend itself.
