Haven1

Haven1 is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 for DeFi and RWA that runs on Proof-of-Authority consensus, with blocks produced by a collective of at least nine independent institutions spanning cloud, custody and banking service providers, each capped in authority share. It targets asset losses from fraud and contract bugs on open chains: users and builders must complete KYC/KYB and receive a non-transferable hPassport, contract deployment is permissioned and requires two independent audits, and the network adds AI monitoring, circuit breakers, wallet-level 2FA and IP whitelisting. Fees replace volatile gas with dollarized application charges denominated in H1.

Among Ethereum-alternative layer designs, Haven1 takes a permissioned-but-decentralized middle path: apps are distributed through the hApp Store, with hSwap (adapted from Uniswap v3), hLend and hStake as the first native financial modules, and network revenue flowing back to H1 stakers. Standard EVM contracts cannot migrate as-is, deployment requires identity and dual-audit onboarding, and ecosystem growth is bounded by review throughput.
