MemeCore 소개
MemeCore is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 for meme assets that puts issuance, community culture and trading on one chain, replacing pure liquidity mining with rewards allocated by cultural contribution. It targets memecoins that are purely speculative, leave creators and communities without durable returns, and collapse soon after launch. Fees are denominated in the native token, so burn volume scales with activity.
The mechanism converts content distribution, community building and trading into reward weights through a proof-of-contribution model, backed by no-code launch tools and fee burning. The risks are equally clear: validator count is in the single digits, concentrating block production; total supply is large relative to float, creating persistent dilution pressure; and the core team is not publicly identified.

Buyback: M crashed 76% in a single day on June 25 to $0.50, cutting market value from about $3.5 billion to $903 million. On June 30 the foundation announced a $10 million-plus treasury buyback, with repurchased tokens sent to a disclosed wallet, but it declined to disclose timing, method or pace.
Price: The token rebounded to about $1.58 in early July, up more than 70% in 24 hours, lifting market value back to roughly $2.05 billion, still about 68% below the April 23 high of $4.82; on-chain analysts flag heavy supply concentration.
MemeCore, a dedicated Layer 1 blockchain focused on Meme 2.0 and the cultural economy, announced on August 20, 2026 that its ecosystem principals Puple AI Inc. and Blockcat Pte. Ltd. entered a $1.0 billion strategic transaction with Nasdaq-listed ZeroStack Corp.: they contributed an aggregate of 925,925,926 $M tokens, 40.9% of circulating supply priced at $1.08, in exchange for 3.5 million ZeroStack common shares and pre-funded warrants for up to 36.2 million additional shares; MemeCore principal Rudy Rong was appointed President of ZeroStack, with the related 8-K filed on August 19. It is a landmark crypto-to-public-markets treasury and equity transaction.
Future strategy and roadmap: Looking ahead, through this transaction MemeCore builds a bridge between decentralized AI, digital assets and public capital markets, and will explore opportunities with ZeroStack, which already holds exposure to the 0G ecosystem, in ecosystem collaboration, technology integration and institutional participation, advancing meme culture from short-term speculation toward a sustainable cultural and economic ecosystem.
