Truth Network 소개
Truth Network is a decentralised network built around prediction markets, with the TRUTH token later renamed PRDCTR and the ticker changed to PRD. Its architecture has three layers: settlement and outcome confirmation run on a dedicated appchain on the Aventus network with security drawn from Polkadot's shared model, while the token contract sits on Ethereum so the asset can circulate in existing venues.
Outcome confirmation follows a node-verification design: the network is built to hold a large set of validating nodes each attesting to the result of the same event, with the outcome decided by consensus rather than announced by a single operator. The incentive layer rewards honest participation and applies penalties to fabrication or collusion, so truthful attestation is the more profitable choice. Governance runs on holder votes and covers rule changes and network parameters, with a hard cap of one hundred billion tokens.
Major developments: The project completed its migration to the PRDCTR network: a hard-fork transition protocol passed a community vote in March, and the new PRD token launched on Uniswap in June; the Truth Network and TRUU will be sunset, with 1 TRUU convertible 1:1 into Predictor Token (the gas and governance token of the new chain).
Token release: Claims follow a global 53-week schedule — claiming in week 1 forfeits 52%, with forfeited tokens routed to a liquidity wallet managed by the Predictor Foundation; the forfeiture declines by 1% per week, discouraging early concentrated selling.
NFA registration and an alliance with a futures commission merchant to advance regulated prediction markets. From March 3 to March 6, 2026, the project voted on a hard fork and migration: launch Predictor Network, an Aventus AppChain, with the ERC-20 token PRD, convert TRUU 1:1, migrate nodes 1:1 with a 30,000-node cap, and authorize sunsetting Truth Network and TRUU once the migration is stable. Conversion uses a 53-week claim window that forfeits 52% in week one and declines by one point per week. Node sales raised about $30 million; 700 Fraxion Gold nodes were issued on September 25, 2026, and PRD trades on Uniswap V3 with about $2.17 million in pool liquidity.
Truth Network will launch the full product once the regulatory license is approved, stabilize the market before pursuing listings on Bybit, Binance, Coinbase and OKX, and add charting, automatic locking and more market-making partnerships.
