Two Prime 소개
Two Prime is an institutional bitcoin asset manager registered with the US SEC as an investment adviser, registered with the CFTC as a commodity trading adviser in February 2026, and offering broker-dealer services as a branch of LPS Capital. It runs three lines: quantitative bitcoin strategies, over-collateralised bitcoin-backed lending, and onchain yield vaults. Borrowers are corporate treasuries, miners and professional allocators; collateral sits with qualified custodians and is monitored against agreed margin ratios.
Lending covers secured debt, treasury and miner working capital, and structured credit, with USD 3 billion of stated capital availability. On 16 September 2026 it launched the Axiom WBTC Yield Vault on Pareto's onchain private-credit venue: deposited WBTC is lent to institutional borrowers for a 1.5% to 2% target annual yield, with a 5 WBTC minimum and 1,350 BTC of initial capacity, about USD 104 million. Two Prime commits roughly USD 10 million of its own capital as a first-loss layer, with custody split between ICE Digital Trust and Copper.
On September 16, 2026, Two Prime launched the Axiom WBTC Yield Vault on Pareto with an initial capacity of 1,350 WBTC (about $104 million), seeding roughly $10-12 million of its own capital as a first-loss tranche, targeting 1.5%-2% APY, with assets custodied by ICE Digital Trust, smart contract interactions facilitated by Copper, and distribution planned through BitGo's yield platform; it also became a vault manager on Morpho. Earlier, Digital Wealth Partners entrusted $250 million in bitcoin to Two Prime through a separately managed account.
In 2026 Two Prime moved its institutional credit book onchain; its lending desk has originated more than 3,000 BTC in loans without a single default, targeting public companies, credit-rated entities and diversified financial institutions as borrowers.
Future strategy and roadmap: Two Prime plans to expand its onchain yield lineup from the Axiom vault, replicating the first-loss structure across more BTC derivative assets and adding compliant distribution channels and custodians. The roadmap includes scaling vault capacity on Morpho, adding institutional-grade reporting and real-time transparency tools, and advancing tokenized credit and longer-dated lending structures within regulatory frameworks, aiming to make onchain business a second growth curve alongside its offchain credit franchise.
