Viction 소개
Viction is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain formerly known as TomoChain. Up to 150 masternodes produce blocks under PoSV, a proof-of-stake voting consensus, combined with double validation, randomised block-producer selection and two-second block times, balancing finality against manipulation resistance. At the account layer, the VRC25 token standard delivers a zero-gas experience: fees can be paid in the token being transferred, so a user can interact without first holding VIC.
Its scaling architecture, Viction World Wide Chain, consists of multiple parallel application chains, each an independent zkEVM instance that exchanges assets and data through the WWCP protocol and shares settlement on the Viction main chain, with Viction DA handling data availability. In February 2026, Banxa's fiat on and off-ramp went live in the ecosystem, supporting more than 30 fiat currencies, with Coin98 Super Wallet the first adopter; in the same month, WSPN's stablecoin WUSD was deployed natively on Viction for payments and liquidity. In August 2026, the team framed its ecosystem around three lines, RWA, Real Culture and Real Intelligence, and used IVY NFT tickets at Vietnam's Conviction 2026 event to demonstrate on-chain ticketing.
Delisting and liquidity: Binance delisted VIC on Aug 17 and Bybit on Sep 17, 2026, with Binance withdrawals closing Oct 17; market cap fell below $1M, price around $0.006, down ~99.9% from ATH, with liquidity nearly exhausted.
Incentives and progress: Retrodrop Season 6 started July 13, distributing 1.25M VIC to Q2 contributors, with staking/governance and DeFi each taking 40%; the 2026 network upgrade roadmap was released in March, and node operators were required to upgrade to v2.6.0 by June 30.
Viction activated the Pre-Prometheus hard fork on mainnet at block 110,712,671 on June 30, 2026, after publishing its 2026 network upgrade roadmap on March 19. The roadmap sets two upgrades for the year: migration of the execution client to vic-geth and the Prometheus hard fork. Prometheus adds EIP-7702 support, blob-based transactions to lower data costs, and a dynamic base fee with maxFeePerGas refunds. Validators had to upgrade masternodes before activation.
On governance, Viction's Retrodrop Season 6 opened in June, and VIP-9 on the Season 5 allocation model drew more than 46,500 votes.
Future strategy and roadmap: Next, Viction will ship the Prometheus hard fork after the pre-fork hardening, keep full EVM compatibility, and add capacity for high-throughput, data-heavy applications, with new features tied to mainstream app adoption.
